When booking our workshops and safaris please take note of the following terms and conditions
Where a deposit is requested, this is normally non-refundable due to the costs involved in carrying out the preparatory work, booking accommodation, transport and models. However, should you cancel more than eight weeks before the date of the workshop or safari, we will attempt to re-sell your space on the workshop/safari and will refund your deposit only if we receive another booking to fill the slot.
On workshops featuring models, models must be treated with the utmost respect at all times. There must be no physical contact with the models and no photographs taken that would exceed the models' normal restrictions on nudity/levels of explicitness.
Balances for workshops or safaris requiring deposits are due to be paid no later than 14 days before the start date if UK-based and eight weeks before the start if overseas. We reserve the right to re-sell any spaces where the balance has not been paid.
We will endeavour to provide every opportunity for you to get the most from our workshops and safaris. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances outwith our control. Extremes of weather, transport delays and similar issues can occasionally impact on the format and timetable but we are commmitted to providing the best service we can and we will adjust formats and timetables wherever possible to ensure such problems have the least impact possible on the service provided.
PhotoClassic, its agents, employees and contractors cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury occurring during our workshops and safaris unless such loss or injury occurs directly through the negligence or recklessness of PhotoClassic, its agents, employees and contractors. Persons attending our workshops and safaris do so at their own risk, in full knowledge that they may be travelling over difficult terrain, possibly in adverse weather conditions. It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure that they are properly equipped for such conditions and that they take adequate precautions to protect themselves and their possessions from injury, loss or damage. Instructors may, at their discretion, refuse to allow participation in any part of a workshop or safari if they feel that an individual is inadequately equipped for their own safety. In the event of such refusal, no refund or partial refund will be given.
